Australian Locations – Postage and Shipping Charges

Postage and Handling is charged at a flat rate of $10.00 sent by express post anywhere in Australia.

Australian Deliveries

Deliveries to Australian destinations are currently shipped with Australia Post Receipted Delivery but our contractor may be changed at our discretion.Terms and conditions and cost scales of delivery by Australia Post vary from time to time and are beyond our control.

Receipted Delivery means that you must sign a receipt before the parcel/s will be left.There are many places to which Australia Post has conditional delivery, i.e. there may be weight limits due to subcontractors, high-rise building limits, remote location requirements, etc.

If you are not available to sign on delivery, or other Australia Post conditional delivery restrictions apply, your order will be delivered to an Australia Post outlet for your collection. You will be advised by a card in your mailbox when and where parcels are available for collection.

You may change our delivery instructions on request; e.g. leave parcel at the back door; however we will not take responsibility if you do not receive it for any reason nor can we track the postal progress of the parcel.If orders are placed and prepaid before midday (QLD) we will usually dispatch them the same day.

Estimated delivery times: Australia Post delivery times are usually from two to four days for populated areas of QLD, NSW, VIC and SA, five days for TAS and seven for Perth and Darwin suburbs. Remote and isolated areas of Australia can, of course, be expected to take longer.

If you do not receive your Receipted Delivery parcel/s, or one or more are missing within these estimated times please wait an extra day or two before contacting us. Initially notify us by email at Include the Receipted Delivery barcode numbers of any parcels you have received and a telephone number where we can contact you. We will advise you of our progress tracking the missing articles.Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion after we have made reasonable tracking attempts.

Overseas Orders – Shipping Services and Charges

If you are ordering from places other than Australia we will contact you via email to arrange a shipping service and payment. Costs will vary from place to place and shipping service selected.

You will be billed in Australian Dollars including any currency exchange charges.Due to ongoing identity and credit card theft there are some countries from which we cannot accept payment with credit card. In these circumstances it will be necessary to transfer the full payment into our Australian bank account prior to order processing.Alternatively you can contact us to find out about your Postage and Shipping charges.

  • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the item you are returning
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
